Trailer of Vikram Bhatt’s new horror film “Bloody Ishq” disclosed

Written by Mahesh Bhatt and starring  Avika Gor, Vardhan Puri & Shyam Kishore.

The trailer of Vikram Bhatt’s upcoming horror film, “Bloody Ishq” was published by the makers on 16th July. It stars Avika Gor and Vardaan Puri in the lead and also Shyam Kishore in a primary role.

The trailer introduces the central conflict where Avika’s character comes to stay in a mansion on a hidden Scottish island along with her husband. She starts noticing some inexplicable members in the house and starts investigating, and she comes into contact with ghosts, spirits and more along the way.

Speaking about Shyam kishore’s experience working in the movie, he said, “I feel very lucky that Vikram Bhatt thought also of me when he was visualizing this film. He is fond of horror genre and to bag the role was engrossing and exigent. Kishore also said that this movie is completely different from Bhatt’s previous one titled “1920: Horrors of the Heart” or “Mansion 24”. Shyam Kishore talks very fondly of this film Bloody Ishq as on the very first day of the shoot he happened to meet Mahesh Bhatt who liked Shyam’s performance a lot and gave a few valuable tips as well. Shyam also got tremendous appreciation from Director Vikram Bhatt for his fine and to the point performance. Director Vikram Bhatt also gave Shyam Kishore a very nice and cool look for the film in the detective’s role. With two back to back releases Shyam Kishore’s career is moving in the right direction as he is currently busy taking narrations of upcoming projects.

Talking about the film, Vikram Bhatt said, “It may be hard to believe me, but I am scared of watching horror films, even though I absolutely enjoy making them for the viewers. I had been wanting to make a horror love story for the longest and when I spoke to Bhatt sahab about it, without a second thought, he jumped in and then “ Bloody Ishq” happened.”

He added, “I wanted to retain some elements of a horror film like a dark setup, ghosts and spirits while also adding my own twists to the tale and giving it a fresh mix of a love story, suspense and horror.”

Sharing his views about it, Mahesh Bhatt said, “It is always great to create new films with Vikram as our vision is very similar and we are always on the same page when it comes to giving the audiences what they would love to watch. “Bloody Ishq” is a one-of-a-kind gripping story that will keep the viewers thinking about the film even when the film is over.”

Mahesh Bhatt is the producer of Vikram Bhatt’s new film, “Bloody Ishq” which is set to be released on Disney+ Hotstar on July 26.
