Students Shine in the First-Ever State-Level Indian Music Olympiad 2025

The Indian Music Olympiad (IMUO) successfully completed its first-ever state-level instrumental competition, IMUO has marked a major milestone in the world of music education and youth talent development.
The exam was held in October 2025 in online mode, allowing students to participate comfortably from home while maintaining fairness and proper evaluation standards.
This year’s Olympiad focused on Guitar and Keyboard, two of the most popular instruments among students, and the response was outstanding with 986 participants submitting their performances.
For many students, this was their first experience in a structured music Olympiad, and the excitement could be seen throughout their preparation. Teachers guided them with practice routines, parents encouraged them at home, and students worked hard to present their best musical pieces. After careful assessment of every performance, the results were published on 27th November 2025, bringing immense happiness to students and institutions.
