World Record Tribute to Kargil Martyrs by VR Punjab

An Emotional Artistic Salute Curated by Dr. Baljinder Singh and the Indian Creative Unity Team. In a powerful gesture of national pride and gratitude, VR Punjab, one of North India’s leading cultural and lifestyle destinations, is set to unveil a historic 3D art installation titled “Veer Smriti” on 25th July 2025, commemorating the supreme sacrifices made by Indian soldiers during the Kargil War of 1999.

This monumental 3D artwork, measuring Height: 10 ft | Length: 12.5 ft | Width: 4 ft, is not merely a sculpture—it is a living monument, a visually immersive experience that reflects patriotism, sacrifice, courage, and national identity.

What Makes Veer Smriti a Record-Breaking Masterpiece The installation has already earned multiple world record recognitions, including:

India Book of Records (IBR)

Asia Book of Records (ABR)

Influencer Book of World Records (IBWR)

These acknowledgments mark this as the first-ever 3D monumental tribute installation to use actual military uniforms of martyred soldiers within a public art format, setting an unparalleled precedent in India’s artistic and military tribute history.

Real Lives. Real Uniforms. Real Sacrifice.

What makes Veer Smriti truly unique and emotionally charged is the integration of original, real-life uniforms worn by Kargil War martyrs. These have been provided by their families with formal consent as an ultimate gesture of remembrance and honor. The installation also features service uniforms of two retired Indian Army officers, further reinforcing the living legacy of the armed forces. The use of authentic battlefield fabrics, military regalia, and real medal replicas elevates the emotional impact of the work beyond visual storytelling.

The Creative Force Behind the Vision

At the helm of this powerful project stands Dr. Baljinder Singh, a globally recognized artist and visionary, holder of 18 world records in art and innovation. Known for pioneering artistic tributes across mediums, Dr. Singh envisioned Veer Smriti as:

A national altar where memories breathe, and uniforms speak.

This isn’t just about past battles—it’s about keeping the spirit of service alive in every citizen’s heart.”

Dr. Singh believes that art can be the highest form of tribute, and this installation is a testament to that philosophy.
